My passion for photography is fueled by several small things put together:

• I revel in the diverse beauty of raw ingredients, nature, and the people around me.

• I am captivated by the in-between moments of life far more than the big events.

• I see the ever-changing shapes of evening light as nothing short of magical.

• I believe photographs can reveal the dignity of communities and amplify quiet stories.

When I'm not shooting or writing, I love to spend time with family, travel to eat good food with friends, and go for long walks.
